For the Korean language, there are two forms you can speak in first formal or informal. It's best to use formal at first and if they said you don’t have then you don’t to that person. but always use formal when meeting somebody for the first time. Below will be the translation for formal and informal.

Excuse me

Unless you study in advance, of course in a short period of time it will be difficult to learn the Korean language completely. So what would really help to get you to get around Korea a little easier is to download translation apps. In my experience the best translation app is papago.
