Our studio is an apartment that uses all the space in the picture. The space is not shared with anyone else. This private studio can be used for up to two people. If you add more people, you need to discuss it in advance. 1. Space * Clean and peaceful apartment building (pretty quiet place) * a cozy and well-equipped studio * It is a multi-story apartment building. * The lower level has one bathroom, kitchen facilities and a living room, and the upper level is an apartment with a bedroom. Of course, it's also possible to use the lower level as a bedroom. 2. the surrounding environment * 7-minute walk to Hongdae Entrance Station (available directly from Airport Line and Line 2) * 24/7 Convenience Store (CU) within a 3-minute walk * a large number of nearby restaurants * It's convenient in Hongdae street food, Hongdae busking area, and stores * It is a five-minute walk to the center of Hongik University, which has pubs and clubs (made, goblin, Pacific Ocean, sea, sinkhole, etc.) 3. Staying at home Hello everyone! I'm Suna. This is a nice apartment located right next to Hongik University. As you can see in the picture, the room is very bright. It is close to the central area of Hongik University and is suitable as a business or vacation space. 4. utility bills and administrative expenses Any amount exceeding 150,000 won per month paid on the ENKORSTAY App must be settled and paid separately at the time of check-out. It's usually settled within 150,000 won. Winter and summer are more expensive. 5. Price The website price is set for 30 days for two people. 6. Provide additional items If you need anything other than the items provided in the photo, we can provide it after discussion. ※ Our accommodation will fill out a contract according to the Korean Accommodation Act and Tax Act at check-in.

Change your stay period
Need to move in earlier or leave sooner? Message your host first to agree on the new dates. Once confirmed, we’ll help update your contract. (A fee may apply depending on the policy.)
Cancel if needed
Go to My Account → Bookings → View Details → Agreement cancellation (Refund follows our cancellation policy)
