Rental Details: • Monthly Rent: KRW 450k rent per week for everything including building maintenance, gas, wifi, cable TV, and electricity. No additional charge. • Minimum Stay: 2 weeks minimum for the initial rental period. • Weekly Extensions: After the first 2 weeks, you can extend weekly. 2. Flexible Month-to-Month Agreement: I also occasionally use this facility for 1-2 months per year. This month-to-month arrangement allows us both the flexibility to use the space conveniently. • Weekly Extensions: If you receive a two-month notice and I do not plan to use the facility, you may extend weekly at KRW 450k per week or opt for a monthly rate of KRW 1.8m. 3. - 20% penalty: 8-30 days before.
- 30% penalty: 4-7 days before.
- 50% penalty: 1-3 days before.
- 70% penalty: Within 24 hours of check-in.
- Note: Transaction fees remain non-refundable. Penalty is imposed on the total agreement amount less the transaction fees.
