JJ VILLAGE is full option shared house located in Sinchon. It takes only 3 minutes on foot from Sinchon station (subway line 2) and airport limousine bus stop. 9mins to Yonsei University, 15mins to Seogang University on foot. 10mins to Hongik University by subway or bus (1 stop via subway) There are lots of restaurants, shops near JJ VILLAGE including Hyundai Department store, Daiso, E-Mart, etc. 4th floor and 5th floor are female only floor. There are only 6 rooms on 4th floor, so max 6 people share the kitchen and laundary room. And there are 5 rooms on 5th floor and max. 5 people share the kitchen. There are free instant noodle, rice, water putifiler, Washing mahine and Dryer in the shared kitchen area for free service. Rooms on 6th floor are available at very reasonable rate, as there is no elevator. You can consider 6th floor when you have limited budget. There are 6 rooms on 6th floor and max 6 people will share the kitchen and laundary machine.
