Situated in a residential area rather than a bustling downtown, offering a peaceful retreat with a garden to enjoy all four seasons. Enjoy a vibrant life with friends from various countries. The share house is a standalone, four-story house. It is located in a residential area, providing a quiet and restful atmosphere at night. However, it is only a 5 to 10-minute walk from the bustling areas of Hongdae and Sinchon, making it a great location to enjoy Korea's nightlife. Each floor has a bathroom and a shower room. Each floor also has a washing machine. There are shared kitchens and living rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. A share house is a different service from a hotel 😃 It is a service that rents out vacant rooms. Everything shown in the accommodation photos is provided. However, personal items such as towels, toilet paper, and trash bags must be purchased by the guests 😊 But don’t worry~ There is a general store called "Daiso" within a 10-minute walk from the share house. They sell all kinds of items at affordable prices. The most expensive item costs only $3.
