Hello, this is a women's only Share House near Sejong University and Konkuk University. Minimum contract period: 6month Gender: only women We are a share house, not a hotel. Furniture is provided, but you must provide your own bedding such as blankets and pillows, toiletries, and food materials. In the case of a double room, the monthly rent and maintenance fee for two people are marked! Sometimes there is only one seat left in a double room, so I would appreciate it if you could leave an inquiry if you want to sign a double room contract Thank you :)

Need to move in earlier or leave sooner? Message your host first to agree on the new dates. Once confirmed, we’ll help update your contract. (A fee may apply depending on the policy.)
Cancel if needed
