Cancellation policy before move in

Cancellation fees: Apply closer to move in date:

• 10% penalty: 31-60 days before.
• 20% penalty: 8-30 days before.
• 30% penalty: 4-7 days before.
• 50% penalty: 1-3 days before.
• 70% penalty: Within 24 hours of check-in.
• Note: Transaction fees remain non-refundable. Penalty is imposed on the total agreement amount less the transaction fees.
