Hi everyone! ☺️ I'm subletting my house due to relocation for my work. The house is located 10 minutes away with a bus from Daerim station and Sindorim station. It has a very comfortable super single bed and it is fully furnished with a microwave, a 24 inch monitor for work, 2 induction stove, a big fridge, a washing machine, clean utensils and dishes as well as big closet to put all your clothes and shoes. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a big shared balcony. With the balcony nearby, the sun shines through really well🌞 The size of the flat is 5.5 Korean pyeong (199m^2). Feel free to let me know if you need anything to feel at home 😊 *The room is available from February 3rd
