Hello, this is a women's only Share House near Sejong University and Konkuk University. Minimum contract period: 6month Gender: only women We are a share house, not a hotel. Furniture is provided, but you must provide your own bedding such as blankets and pillows, toiletries, and food materials. In the case of a double room, the monthly rent and maintenance fee for two people are marked! - 30% penalty: 4-7 days before.
- 50% penalty: 1-3 days before.
- 70% penalty: Within 24 hours of check-in.
- Note: Transaction fees remain non-refundable. Penalty is imposed on the total agreement amount less the transaction fees.
