Both rooms have queen-size beds, windows, closets, A/Cs, and mirrors. This place will be perfect for you and your friends. Water and utilities are included. Transportation 1) Seonjeongneun station (line 9, Bundang line) 5 minutes on foot. 2) Gangnamgu office station (line 7) 15 minutes on foot. 3) Bus stops are 5 minutes on foot. 2. Distance to schools: door to door (including walk and transfer) 1) Hanyang Univeristy: 40 min 2) Kunkuk University: 33 min 3) Sejong University: 33 min 4) Soongsil University: 40min 3.
