Kravel Bupyeong is a shared house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one living room, and one kitchen. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom and the other rooms share the other bathroom. For Room Renters, 1. Renting period: one month minimum 2. Room choice either master's bedroom or normal room. 3. Moving in date(for now, you can move in immediately) 4. Check amenities and be ready to move in. Cancellation Policy before move in
Cancellation fees: Apply closer to move in date:
- 10% penalty: 31-60 days before.
- 20% penalty: 8-30 days before.
- 30% penalty: 4-7 days before.
- 50% penalty: 1-3 days before.
- 70% penalty: Within 24 hours of check-in.
- Note: Transaction fees remain non-refundable. Penalty is imposed on the total agreement amount less the transaction fees.
