Rental Details: • Monthly Rent: KRW 1.8m (KRW 1.5m rent + KRW 300k for utilities) includes building maintenance, gas, and electricity. • Minimum Stay: 1-month minimum for the initial rental period. • Weekly Extensions: After the first month, you can extend monthly or weekly. 2. Flexible Month-to-Month Agreement: ** For 2025, I don’t plan to use it until July 1. You can rent it from March 03 to June 30. I also occasionally use this facility for 1-2 months per year.
