[About this studio] This studio is small, but modern and very clean. It's perfect studio to live alone ! *It has BIG window. (There are no nearby buildings infront of it outside the window, so the view is good! :) *It is a loft with two floors. So the bed is on the 2nd floor but the ceiling is higher than other loft style studio, so it's not uncomfortable. 2nd floor has enough space for queen-sized bed and there are still more space. *Fully furnished! - Queen-size Bed - All the kitchenware, including frying pans and pots. - Table, Standing Lights, Toilet paper … *Appliances - Induction - Refrigerator - Washing Machine - Microwave -Styler for clothes *Etc - Elevator, Intercom, Internet *Around 2 Min to Big mart (Homeplus) 5 Min to Big Sports center ( KBS Sports world ) 10 Min to Mountain (Ujangsan) Convenience store at the Ground floor Many Gym, Fitness center, Pilates etc around here. And many cafes & restaurants & Pub, Bank, etc [ Location ] Region: Seoul / District: Gangseo-Gu *** Very good transportation *** It’s right infront of big road.
