-Experience a pleasant life with many friends from all over the world😊 Welcome to exchange students from Yonsei, Sogang, Ewha, and Hongik University. - It is located 10 minutes away on foot (subway station) to the downtown areas of Yeonnam, Hongdae, and Sinchon. However, because it is located in a quiet residential area, you can relax cozy and quiet. There is almost the only beautiful garden in Sinchon and Hongdae Street. You can enjoy the four seasons of the garden~~~ Please read these before reservation! 1. Haeri's house is a share house. It's a different service than a hotel. 2. Provides empty rooms and shared spaces. Personal items that individuals need are purchased and used by themselves (tissue paper, towels, garbage bags, etc.) 3. In addition to accommodation fees, 150,000 won (Korean money) per month (Electricity, gas, cooling and heating, water, Internet, etc.) is separate.

Cancellation Policy before move in
Cancellation fees: Apply closer to move in date:
- 10% penalty: 31-60 days before.
- 20% penalty: 8-30 days before.
- 30% penalty: 4-7 days before.
- 50% penalty: 1-3 days before.
- 70% penalty: Within 24 hours of check-in.
- Note: Transaction fees remain non-refundable. Penalty is imposed on the total agreement amount less the transaction fees.
