Cancellation Policy before Check in

* The maximum penalty amount is three months' monthly rent.

The cancellation penalty will be imposed according to the rate below from the total reservation amount.

• 61 days before check-in → Full refund after excluding transaction fees
• 60 ~ 31 days before check-in → 10% penalty on total contract amount after excluding transaction fees
• 30 ~ 8 days before check-in → 20% penalty of total contract amount after excluding transaction fees
• 7 ~ 4 days before check-in → 30% penalty of total contract amount after excluding transaction fees
• 3 days ~ 24 hours before check-in → 50% penalty of total contract amount after excluding transaction fees
• Within 24 hours ~ before check-in → 70% penalty of total contract amount after excluding transaction fees
• Full refund for cleaning and bedding fees
