Hello! Kozi Stay is a share house in the heart of Hongdae, one of Seoul’s trendiest and most vibrant neighborhoods. I created Kozi Stay as a place where guests from around the world can stay comfortably, safely, and affordably while experiencing the best of Seoul. As for the host, I am an IT professional who have lived in Hong Kong for 8 years, where it's infamous for its poor housing environment. So I know what it's like to live outside your home country. Perfect for: ✨ Staying 1+ month & living like a local ✨ Exploring Hongdae’s cafes, shopping & culture ✨ Students, language study, exchange, remote workers & long-term travelers ✨ Those seeking a safe, clean & friendly home Our accommodation is located on the 3rd floor. While there is no elevator, it's only two flights of stairs, making it an easy climb. Perfect for guests visiting Korea! Convenient Location: - 5-minute walk to Hongik University Station (Line 2) & Hongik University - 15-minute walk to Yonsei University – ideal for language students & exchange students Everything You Need Within 5 Minutes: Restaurants, cafes, convenience stores & laundromats nearby for a hassle-free stay! Room A is a twin room designed for two guests, with a divided layout for added privacy. Each guest has their own single bed, wardrobe, and desk, ensuring a comfortable and organized stay. With ample storage and shared spaces, you’ll have plenty of room to relax. 🚪 About the rooms: Room A - Shared 2 Person Room - 15.1 sqm. (7.5 sqm. each) (4.2x3.7) Room B - Private Room - 5.4 sqm. (2x2.7) Room C - Private Room - 10.5 sqm. (3.5x3) Room D - Private Room - 7.3 sqm. (2.9x2.5) Room E - Private Room - 7.3 sqm. (2.9x2.5) 🛏 Private Space (Per Guest): ✔ Single or Queen bed depending on room type (Room A is a shared room with 2 single beds in the room / Room C has a Queen bed) ✔ Desk & chair ✔ Wardrobe ✔ Large window for natural light 🏡 Shared Spaces: ✔ 2 Spacious bathrooms ✔ Free-to-use washing machine and dryer ✔ Dining table ✔ Fully equipped kitchen (cooking utensils included) ✔ Refrigerator & freezer ✔ Large outdoor rooftop terrace 🧹 Cleaning service for shared spaces is provided every 2 weeks.
