It is located in the heart of Seoul, which is Bangbae, next to Gangnam, Sadang, and Seoul National University. Subway stations are only 10min walk from the house. The building is brand new fully furnished villa, which will give you the very neat condition to stay. Furniture, kitchen equipment, laundry, and cleaning equipment are all available.
