All furnished one-room studio. Fully renovated in 2022. I prefer month-to-month agreements with a two-month notice period. For example, if you move in on March 1st, I will let you know on that day whether you can extend the rental into May, and you can secure the May rent with a KRW 500k deposit. You will already know about April’s availability by Feb 1st, and secured with a KRW 500k pre-deposit. Additionally, if you receive the two-month notice, you can extend the rental on a weekly basis for KRW 450k per week. This way, if I need to use the space myself (usually 1-2 months per year), you will have enough time to make other arrangements. The monthly rent is KRW 1,680k to 1,860k including all maintenance, gas & electricity (KRW 60k per day; for example, KRW 1,680k for February with 28 days, and KRW 1,860k for March with 31 days) with a KRW 500K deposit, provided you have a student ID or acceptance letter. The deposit will be fully refunded after we inspect the room together and check the electricity and gas usage via meters upon your departure. Thank you!!
